On March 1st , 2002, a benefit gig was held at the Revesby Workers Club in Sydney for Dave and Sue Twohill who had lost their home in the Xmas bushfires last year. Acts including Ian Moss, Diesel, The Cockroaches, Richard Clapton, Midnight Oil (minus Peter Garrett), Gang Gajang, Dave Gleeson, Big Kev, Austen Tayshus and the Mentals themselves donated their time and talent to raise money for our fave bald drummer to rebuild his house. A couple of hornbags working the raffle and merchandise table were there to show their support also.
Here are a few shots from that night. Id have a few photos of all the other acts but some dickweed ( me ) forgot to put the flash on . So here are the ones that worked out.

This is me with what looks to be a very petrified Reg Mombassa. Its the first time I have ever met him and I am stoked. Its like the boys have warned him about me, and I can just picture what they have said - " Belinda , two words - very wierd. Just play along, give her a photo and she'll be apples mate and she wont be too harsh on you on her webiste" . Two words from me - Yeah right !
Now , this is Reg's younger brother Peter. He is also a very shy creature, I surprised him with this photo. (Sometimes you have to be forceful with the timid ones )

While Bird goes off and fetches a Gatorade, Martin jumps on to have a go on the drums. " Yay, about time he hopped off these , I wanna have a go, I wanna have a go. " Hey , we havent seen our mate, Big Kev for a few shots. Wonder how he's doing?
